Karen encourages you to come and Learn to Love to Let go in a fun healing environment. She will help guide you to connect with your own loved one as well as teach you to learn how to let go of unsettled emotions of Anger, Resentment and Guilt that sometimes we experience through the grief process and life's journey. Holding onto to these emotions can create an interference, not only with our own connection, but can also effect our health. Karen has learned the most helpful ways to release these unsettled emotions is by having a regular practice of meditation and or using the creative side (right side) of our brain. Finding a creative outlet is extremely helpful and therapeutic, so together you will create a collage vision board to be cherished a lifetime!
